Breakfast was Japanese style buffet- ie lots of Japanese choices but could still be good for picky eaters (bread, pancakes, eggs, coffee, and noddles). If not there are many cafes close by that people could go to and eat such as a bakery, grocery store, and coffee places. The baths are public baths but they offer private baths for 60 minutes for a reasonable fee. In a great part of town for Odawara and right next door to train station making day trips easy. We were also able to ship our luggage to the hotel from our Tokyo hotel.

Excellent location Difficult to find the building and reception area. Did not find signs which direction to go to find the building from the train station. In the evening I went out shopping, coming back to the building were several restaurants but all close by late evening. The elevator was confusing to find. With 3 elevators it seems only 1 elevator was working in the late evening. I had to try all 3 elevators which one will open. Other than that the facilities is pretty good. Food was good.

Little hard to find at first, but after getting your bearings, location is excellent. After arriving via JR, exit gates and turn right. Look for doors with small supermarket, takoyaki stand, and udon restaurant. Walk past those landmarks, veer left, then right, walking along an open walkway. Look for escalators on right side, going up to 4th floor check in. Onsen was on the 10th floor and open foot bath, breakfast restaurant on 14th floor.

Breakfast view from the rooftop was amazing, including the breakfast selection itself. The footbath on the roof was incredible to enjoy. It's also a 5 min walk to Odawarra Castle, the supermarket is downstairs, I was able to do a load of laundry and I loved using the public baths. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location of the hotel as it is on top of the train station. It is pleasant to have breakfast with view of ocean and Odawara castle. I shipped my luggage to the hotel before checking in, and the luggage was in our room when we opened the door. Breakfast was delicious.
